This is a follow-up review after our kool-deck paint finish had problems 18 months after our pool completion. We shared photos of paint issues around the perimeter of our pool. The call to PBG was more to ask what might be the reason and what they suggested we could do. We were so happy to hear that they would be repainting the entire decking area although we were beyond the 12-month warranty. Dan came out a few days later and completed the work. Appreciate PBG standing by their work, even if out of warranty.
